If the specific item isn't available, we allow you to exchange your piece for another of equal or lower value. However, this warranty doesn't apply to any damage caused by users (such as scratches, accidental breakage, or water damage). A shipping and handling fee of £19.99 applies to all warranty replacements.
We also guarantee all Customised Jewellery under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy offers you a one-time, free-of-charge repair if you encounter any craftsmanship defects or breakage due to manufacturing issues. Please note, this guarantee becomes null and void immediately if user-inflicted damage is identified (such as water damage, accidental breakage, or missing stones). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a £99 Repair Fee applies to any subsequent repairable product issues.
